We are still in the process of assessing the cost, with the committee focusing on keeping it as low as possible, with a possible minimal increase of $50 per person on the previous event, making it $500 per person. This will be advised in our next newsletter.

We are also negotiating with some accommodation providers to secure favourable rates and two clubs have already booked their accommodation.

The weekend will commence with Registration from 3pm Friday 12 March and a full rally programme will be sent closer to the date.

The venue is limited to 400 members. To secure your booking we require a non refundable deposit of $75 per person.

NOTE: Accommodation in Tauranga is expected to be tight alongside other events the same weekend, so the earlier you can book the better.
